Refunds Policy



If the product doesn’t deliver, does not perform or doesnt give the promised results using the recommended settings, you can request a refund. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty. To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to defect, you will need to send a screenshot and description of your issue to our email. If you do not follow my recommended settings, I will not give you a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and supporting documents regarding your claim and you must contact us via the email address where the order was delivered to.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to describe the issue you are facing.
