If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty. To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to defect, you will need to send a screenshot and description of your issue to our email. If you do not follow my recommended settings, I will not give you a refund.
